Notes: The type for R. bicornis has not been sequenced. A sequence identified as Cb. bicorne (GenBank AF200514 View Materials ) generated by Hietala et al. (2001) from a specimen of Polytrichum in their study linking Cb. bicorne to a uninucleate Rhizoctonia pine pathogen was selected for use as a representative sequence here.
