Distribution: Holarctic; Sweden, Finland, NW Russia (Karelia).
Remark: The species was previously reported from Norway by R. Jussila (1973) resulting from the misidentification of the male of Eusterinx (Trestis) trichops (Thomson, 1888) , so this record is new for the country.
