Material material. 6♀♀, China: Gansu Province, Tianshui City, Maiji Mountain , 2016-VIII-18, Nian Gong and Zheng-Xiang Zhou .

Host plant. Herblet.

Distribution. China (Ningxia, Gansu Provinces).

Remarks. P. brevis Meng, Gnezdilov & Wang, 2015 is closely related to P. fasciatus ( Chan & Yang, 1994) , but differs in: 1) vertex from apex to tip of mesonotum with a pale longitudinal stripe along median line (vertex from apex to tip of abdomen with a pale longitudinal stripe along median line in P. fasciatus ); 2) frons without any spot (with a black round spot on each side of median carina of frons in P. fasciatus ); 3) anal segment in dorsal view apical margin convex, anal pore located at middle (anal segment in dorsal view apical margin roundly convex, anal pore located at apical half in P. fasciatus ).
