Host plant. Unknown.
Distribution. China (Qinghai Province).
Remarks. P. labrosus Emeljanov, 2008 is closely related to P. niger Meng, Gnezdilov & Wang, 2015 , but differs in: 1) frons of female without spot (frons with black spot in P. niger ); 2) frons with apical margin straight (apical margin slightly concave in P. niger ); 3) forewing not fully covering the 4th abdominal segment (forewing completely cover the 4th abdominal segment in P. niger ).
