Material examined. 1♀, China: Neimenggu Province, Helan Mountain , 1996-VII-18, Zi-Zhong Li .

Host plant. Unknown.

Distribution. China (Neimenggu Province), Mongolia.

Remarks. O. dashdorzhi Dlabola, 1967 is similar to O. pseudolongiceps Meng, Qin & Wang, 2020 , but differs in: 1) vertex with length in middle line as long as width at base (vertex with anterior margin obviously convex, length in middle line 1.8 times than width at base in O. pseudolongiceps ); 2) female: forewing light yellowish-brown, with three red stripes, inner margin light brown (forewing light grayish-brown, without red stripes, inner margin bronzed in O. pseudolongiceps ); 3) body length 6.5 mm (7 mm in O. pseudolongiceps ).
