( Figures 49–51 View FIGURE 49 View FIGURE 50 View FIGURE 51 )
Descriptions. Measurements. Body length including forewing: male 13.5 mm (N = 1), female 15.4 mm (N = 1); forewing length: male 10.9 mm (N = 1), female ♀ 12.1 mm (N = 1).
Coloration. Male: Body mainly reddish yellow. Vertex with base part yellow, discal area red, near apex black. Spiny process of vertex black brown. Frons with apex brown, rest reddish. Clypeus reddish brown. Rostrum reddish yellow. Eyes dark brown with somewhat red. Pronotum red with somewhat yellow. Mesonotum yellow with somewhat red. Forewing subhyaline with somewhat brown, veins red. Hindwing hyaline, veins pale red. Fore femora red, tibiae reddish brown; fore femora and tibiae with many black small spots. Female (in alcohol): Body mainly yellow. Vertex pale red, near apex black. Spiny process of vertex black brown. Eyes reddish brown. Pronotum from apex to tip of forewing with a brown longitudinal stripe along median line. Femora and tibiae with many black small spots.
Head and thorax. Vertex nearly rectangle, with length in middle line 4 times than width at base; in lateral view, sinuated. Frons 3 times longer in middle line than widest part, median carina distinct. Pronotum shorter than vertex (1:3.1), median carina weakly. Mesonotum 3.2 times longer than pronotum. Forewing rather long and narrow, with length 7.3 times longer than broad. Hindwing longer than half length of forewing, with length 3.6 times longer than broad.
Male genitalia. Anal segment in dorsal view with apex bifurcated, with length in middle line as long as widest part, widest part at apex which bifurcated; anal pore near apex; in lateral view, dorsal margin slightly sinuated, ventral margin roundly concave, the base part widest, narrowing apically. Pygofer in profile with dorsal margin and ventral margin parallel; posterior margin with claviform process in the middle, upper 1/3 roundly convex; in posterior view with length 2.7 times as long as widest part; in ventral view, posterior margin with a nearly heart-shape medioventral process. Genital style in later view rather large and long, widest part at apex, dorsal margin roundly concave, ventral margin straight, a triangular process arising from dorsal margin apically, directed dorsad; in ventral view rodlike, narrowest in the middle. Aedeagus simple, tubular, apical 1/3 divided into two slender processes, dorsally reflexed.
Female genitalia. Anal segment rather short and small; in dorsal view, nearly quadrangle, with length 0.9 times longer in middle line than widest part, apical margin roundly convex, anal pore located at apex; in lateral view small. Abdominal sternite VII in ventral view with width 1.4 times as long as length, posterior margin roundly convex strongly in the middle, with a small triangular ossification flake near the middle. Gonapophysis VIII elongate, with six spines at apical margin. Gonapophysis IX with two symmetrical lobes, each lobe with nine large spines at dorsal margin, ventral margin slightly concave. Gonoplac with outer surface shagreen; in lateral view broad, nearly triangle, dorsal margin deeply concave.
