Notes: The presence of this species in South Africa is based on the distribution records listed in Schedl (1962a) and Wood & Bright (1992). Jordal (2021d) lists the species as occurring in Namibia and excluded its presence in South Africa as the species description lists its occurrence as South-West Africa, however Schedl (1962a) only states that the type was recovered in S. Africa. Further work will be necessary to confirm whether the species is truly present in the country.
