Notes: Hypothenemus areccae is a bark beetle with a large global distribution including 10 African countries ( Wood & Bright 1992). Although polyphagous, Hypothenemus areccae has caused few problems in its introduced ranges ( Wood & Bright 1992; Vega et al. 2015).
