Taxonomic assignment. The specimen considered here is assigned to the tribe
224 Hedobiini within the subfamily Eucradinae based on a combination of the following morphological characters: (1) elongatecylindrical body shape; (2) equal in length abdominal ventrites 2–4; (3) non-clavate femora; (4) antennal insertions well separated; (5) metacoxae not grooved for reception of femora; (6) frons without narrow ridge over bases of antennae; (7) pronotum laterally rounded, pronotal lateral edge absent; and (8) antennae 11-segmented, filiform, with three terminal antennomeres not elongated and not forming antennal club.
