Material examined. Azerbaijan: Baku, 1 male (Lectotype, here designated) (leg. O. Schneider) (det. Br. v.W.) , 1 female with the same label data ( NMW) .
Remarks. Although the author ( Ünal 2005: 429) gave the type specimens as holo- and paratypes, they are in fact still syntypes. Brunner (1878: 67) described this species with both male and female sexes. The male of two syntypes (see Material examined above) in the collections of Brunner (NMW) is designated as lectotype for the reason explained in the Introduction and Material and methods sections.
