Material examined. 1 ♀, Sokhonda mount., 18.VIII.2020.
Distribution. Russia (S RFE: SW * Sakhalin, S Kurils—Kunashir), Japan ( Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu), south of North Korea, South Korea.
Remarks. The finding of Z. testacea in Sakhalin significantly expands its distribution range to the north. In Japan, the larvae feed on Celastrus orbiculatus ( Celastraceae ), near thickets of which this specimen was collected.
