Catrimania Fennah, 1968: 176 View in CoL . Type species: Sphenorhina semivitrea Walker, 1851 View in CoL , by original designation.
Generic Diagnosis: Postclypeus inflated with one prominent, longitudinal carina and slightly marked lateral grooves; subgenital plates with an elongated, acute basal process; paramere with one subapical spine directed anteriorly; aedeagus either lacking processes and bearing many small spines (as in C. semivitrea View in CoL ) or with broad ventral process and bearing spines only apically (as in C. longula View in CoL ).
Distribution: Brazil, French Guiana, Costa Rica and Peru.
