Records from Vietnam. Lam Dong Prov. (Dalat: 1,500m; Mt. Langbian: 2,500m; Mt. Diling: 1,000m); Da Nang Prov. (Mt. Bana: 1,400m); Khanh Hoa Prov. (Mt. Honba); Lao Cai Prov. (Mt. Fanxipan); Lai Chau Prov. (Laichau) ( Attems 1938, 1953; Golovatch et al. 2010, 2011c; Golovatch & Akkari 2016).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Remarks. Enghoff et al. (2004) noted specimens of this species possibly represent several different species as the case for Nepalmatoiulus crassus ( Attems, 1938) .
