Emended diagnosis (Golovneva et al., 2015).
Leaves entire, broadly ovate, sometimes with lobe-like extensions in upper part, with cordate,
rounded or truncate base and broadly triangular obtuse or attenuate apex; margin dentate; teeth broadly triangular, with concave sides, an acute apex with glands and wide low sinuses; venation palmate, craspedodromous, with 7–9 basal veins;
midvein straight with 2–3 pairs of secondary branches in upper part; other basal veins curved,
decreasing downwards, with 2–3 basi- and 1–3
acroscopic branches or dichotomizing 1–3 times.
Range and occurrence. North-East of Russia,
Krivorechenskaya Formation, upper Albian–lower
Turonian.
