Hybosorinae View in CoL – Clade 3: Dicraeodon + Metachaetodus
This is another exclusively Neotropical clade (comprised of two genera: Dicraeodon and Metachaetodus ). Metachaetodus is the only genus in this clade that has been included in a previous phylogeny. The study of Ocampo & Hawks (2006), based on molecular data, recovered Metachaetodus as the sister-group of Hybosorus .
