Diagnosis: Fronto-orbital plate with short setae; s cape and pedicel light yellow; vibrissa 0.50–0.75 times as long as face; section of vein M between crossvein dm-cu and bend 0.8–1.1 times as long as shortest distance between bend and wing margin in both sexes; leg including tibia dark brown to black with yellow knees; syntergite 1+2 with 2 median marginal setae.

Distribution: ASIA: China, Mongolia, Eastern Siberia, Tajikistan, Transcaucasia. EUROPE: Italy, France, Spain. Also Afrotropical Region. New record for Iran.
