Diagnosis: Fronto-orbital plate microtrichose in about anterior 1/2; Palp blackish-brown; scutum shiny black without microtrichosity; proepisternum setose; 2 katepisternal setae present; 2 presutural dorsocentral setae present; costal seta differentiated; setulae on R 4+5 extending to crossvein r-m; fore claws in male long; middorsal depression on abdominal syntergite 1+2 extending back to hind margin of that segment; abdominal tergites 3 and 4 without discal setae.

Distribution: ASIA: Israel, Turkey. EUROPE: widespread except for Russia, Scandinavia and British Isles. NORTH AFRICA: Egypt. New record for Iran.
