Published records: Montenegro: Pešić et al. (2021a, 2019b), Zawal et al. (2020); North Macedonia: Pešić et al. (2021b), Królikowska et al. (2024).

Distribution: Palaearctic.

Remarks. As already mentioned by Gerecke et al. (2022), L. inaequalis includes several distinctly diverging clusters, indicating the need for molecular and morphological re-definition of this species including numerous species listed as synonyms in Gerecke (2009) and Gerecke et al. (2022).
