Distribution in Iran: East Azerbaijan ( Gharali & Lotfalizadeh, 2001 as its synonym Chrysogaster viduata, Khaghaninia et al., 2010b ; Arbabi, 2017), Mazandaran (Gilasian, 2004; Babaei, 2018), Kurdistan ( Hoseini et al., 2014).
General distribution: Western Palaearctic.
