Comments. – The study of the syntype of E. subnebulosa from RSA, Transvaal (LIM), KNP,Skukuza (NHMB) ( Fig. 13c&d) and syntype E. flavomarmorata from Tanganyika territory ( Tanzania), Kilosa (NHMUK) ( Fig. 13a&b) leaves no doubt as to their synonymy.

Distribution. – Kenya, Malawi, RSA (LIM) (confirmed by type localities of E. postlatefasciata, KNP, Pretorius Kop (TMSA) , and E. varidoxa subsp. strydomia, KNP, Punda Milia (TMSA)) , Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe (Breuning 1957; Breuning 1981b; Téocchi et al. 2008).
