Krombeinidia Lelej, 1996b: 11 , ♂ ♀; Lelej 2005: 65; Lelej & Brothers 2008: 31 View Cited Treatment ; Pagliano et al. 2020: 250. Type species: Krombeinidia peterseni Lelej, 1996 (♂ ♀, holotype ♂), by original designation.
Diversity and distribution. This Oriental genus is widespread in this region with 23 species and has two species in Wallacea (Lelej 2005, 2024; Williams et al. 2019b; Okayasu 2021a, 2023a).
Remarks. This genus is difficult to define and many species that were formerly included in Krombeinidia have been transferred to other genera, such as the female of Neotrogaspidia circumcincta (André, 1896) and males of the genus Arkaditilla Okayasu, 2021 .
