Type locality. Northern Madagascar, Region Androna.

Type material. Lectotype ♂ designated here ( Figs 19–20 ): ‘ Nord Madagask. / Region Androna / 1935–1939 [p] // Anhelita / unicarinata / sp. nov. Wolfr [h] // Typus [rectangular red label, h] // LECTOTYPE / Anhelita unicarinata / Wolfrum, 1959 / M. Trýzna design. 2024 [red, p] ( NHMB)’. Paralectotype ♀ ( Figs 23–28 ): the same labels as holotype but rectangular red label illegible ( NHMB) .

Note. Although the specimen from Maroantsetra is marked with Wolfrum’s original handwritten labels ‘ Anhelita unicarinata sp. nov. ’ and rectangular red label (now illegible), it is not mentioned in the original description and can not be therefore considered as a specimen of the type series. Wolfrum (1959a: 155) stated only ‘ ♂ + ♀. Madagaskar, Region Androna, 1935–39, im Mus. G. Frey’.

Distribution. East: Maroantsetra; North: region Androna.
