Fruits dehiscent, usually in pairs, rarely solitary, 5–7 × 4.5–6 cm, ovoid, apex round, base cordate, longitudinal suture on both sides, floccose; pericarp fleshy, soft, 2–2.4 cm thick, orangebrown; seeds 4.5–6 × 3–4 cm, oblong, black; aril bright red, lacerated.
