Distribution: Known only from Miami-Dade and Monroe counties in south Florida ( Burke & Zolnerowich, 2016) .
Natural History: Specimens have been collected by rearing from buttonwood ( Conocarpus erectus ; Foster & Barr 1972), beating white mangrove ( Laguncularia racemosa ; Burke & Zolnerowich 2016), and reared from poisonwood ( Metopium toxiferum ; Burke & Zolnerowich 2016). Prey infestations were not noted.
