Natural History: Adults have been collected from foliage of common hackberry ( Celtis occidentalis ) and elm ( Ulmus sp. ) ( Opitz 2019). Opitz (2019) mistakenly reported that Knull (1951) said it preys on bostrichids, but this information is for Tarsostenus univittatus (Rossi) and not Cregya in Knull (1951).
