Distribution: FL to TX and south to Honduras ( Opitz, 2019).
- Recorded from: FL, LA, TX, Mexico and Honduras ( Opitz, 2019).
Natural History: Reared from wood of hackberry species ( Celtis laevigata , C. lindheimeri ), great leadtree ( Leucaena pulverulenta ), but infestations were not noted ( Opitz 2019). Adults have been associated with the foliage of sweet acacia ( Acacia farnesiana ), sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis (= Citrus × aurantium )), and Zanthoxylum sp. ( Opitz 2019).
