Illustrations: Plate 2-B. Enoclerus key, couplet 5-B
Distribution: This rarely collected southeastern U.S. species ranges from VA to FL.
- Recorded from: FL, SC and VA ( Barr 1975; Ciegler & Gemmel 2018).
Natural History: Very little is known about the habits of this species. One specimen was collected by beating grapevine ( Vitis ) in South Carolina ( Ciegler & Gemmel 2018) and specimens have been collected with Malaise traps ( Leavengood 2008b).
Comments: Before Barr (1976a), any distributions recorded for E. rosmarus may have included E. rosmarus , E. virginiensis or E. angustus (with the latter one or two junior synonyms of the former, depending on the timeframe) and should be addressed with caution.
