The ZSI collection has one glass tube for this species, which is labeled as ‘holotype’ (5343/18) contains one female specimen in fairly good condition, with broken legs and intact genitalia.</p><p>Diagnosis. Females of P. himalayaensis closely resemble the females of P. pandeae in the shape of epigynum, but can be distinguished from the latter by epigynum without M-shaped anterior margin (epigynum of P. pandeae with narrow, M-shaped anterior margin) and with comma-shaped shadows of vulvae ( P. pandeae with C-shaped shadows of vulvae) (compare Fig. 3 with Fig. 14).</p><p>Supplementary description. Female (holotype, Figs 1–2). Colour in alcohol: carapace, eye region, clypeus, chelicerae, fangs brownish; opisthosoma greyish-brown with irregular striae on dorsum composed of fine black hairs. The ZSI collection has one glass tube for this species, which is labeled as ‘holotype’ (no register number) contains one female specimen in fairly good condition, with broken legs. The same tube has a small glass vial contains the dissected genitalia.</p><p>Diagnosis. Females of P. kashmirensis seem closely related to the females of Plator hanyikani Lin &amp; Li, 2020 in the shape of epigynum, but can be separated from the latter by convex anterior part of copulatory ducts ( P. hanyikani with concave anterior part of copulatory ducts) (compare Fig. 8 with Lin &amp; Li 2020: fig. 3B).</p><p>Supplementary description. Female (holotype, Figs 5–6). Colour in alcohol: overall greyish-black (probably due to long term preservation). Body length 5.74. Carapace length 2.49, width 3.74. The ZSI collection has three glass tubes for P. pandeae . First tube labeled as ‘holotype’ (3828/18) contains one female specimen in fairly good condition, with broken legs and intact genitalia. The second tube labeled as ‘paratype’ (3829/18) contains, instead of three, two immature specimens in fairly good condition, with broken legs. Third tube without proper labeling as paratype or allotype (3365/18) contains two male, seven female and two immature specimens, (the label mentions ‘only two males and seven females’), all in fairly good condition, with broken legs. The same tube has a small glass vial contains the left pedipalp of one of the males. The label mentions that all the specimens in this tube were collected together with the holotype and paratypes by S. Pande.</p><p>Diagnosis. Males of P. pandeae can be easily distinguished from the males of all known congeners by long, stout, apically bifurcated embolus and females by narrow, M-shaped anterior epigynal margin and piriform epigynal plate with posterior crescent-shaped contiguous shadows of vulvae (Figs 14, 19–20, 23).</p><p>Supplementary description. Male (allotype, Fig. 12). Colour in alcohol: carapace, eye region, clypeus, chelicerae, fangs, endites, labium, sternum, legs, pedipalp pale brownish; opisthosoma greyish with scattered pale black striae and blotches. Females of P. solanensis closely resemble the females of Plator yunlong Zhu, Tang, Zhang &amp; Song, 2006 in the shape and orientation of spermathecae and fertilization ducts, but can be easily separated from the latter by a large, M-shaped, sclerotised anterior margin (epigynum of P. yunlong lacks such anterior margin) (compare Figs 28–30 with Zhu et al. 2006: figs 32–33).</p><p>Supplementary description.
