Vertex yellow, with large irregular central blackish brown patch. Eyes black. Pronotum blackish brown, with two semilunar sordid white impressions medially surrounded by three oval light spots and a narrow yellowish fascia at hind margin. Scutellum brownish yellow, with basal triangles blackish brown (Fig. 1). Face light yellow, without spots or patches. Fore wing dark brown, with some areas along inner margin, CuA, 1st and 2nd apical cells light brown and brochosome field darker (Fig. 2).</p><p>Male abdominal apodemes not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 3).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer dorsal appendage little curved ventrally, with apex truncate. Subgenital plate with 2 macrosetae on outer surface and row of short stout setae along upper margin (Fig. 4). Style in dorsal view with marginal minute furrows at apex (Fig. 5). Aedeagus shaft short, slightly S-shaped bent in lateral view, with single large atrial bifurcate process; dorsal apodeme well developed, concave at apex; gonopore subapical on ventral surface (Figs 6, 7). Connective Y-shaped, with distinct central lobe (Fig. 8).</p><p>Specimen examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Hainan Prov., Jianfengling, 11-VII-2007, coll. Yuehua Song.</p><p>Measurement. Male length 2.8 mm (including wing).</p><p>Remarks. This species is similar to S. singularis Zhang, Yang &amp; Huang (2009), but differs in having the aedeagus with a single large bifurcate atrial process; the aedeagal shaft tubular, S-shaped in lateral view (Fig. 6); the dorsal apodeme concave apically (Fig. 7); and the apex of the pygofer dorsal appendage truncate (Fig. 4).</p><p>Etymology. Dorsum brownish black. Vertex with large central black patch. Eyes black (Fig. 9). Face sordid yellow; anteclypeus blackish brown; postclypeus brown, with apex yellow medially (Fig. 10). Fore wing brownish black; brochosome field darker, with blue tint (Fig. 11).</p><p>Male abdominal apodemes not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 13).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer lobe with 2 macrosetae near caudal margin; dorsal appendage bifurcate. Subgenital plate robust, with 6 macrosetae in oblique row and row of short stout setae along upper margin; apex broad and quadrate (Fig. 14). Style apex extremely long, subapical tooth short and preapical lobe small (Fig. 15). Aedeagal shaft tubular, S-shaped curved in lateral view, with pair of short apical processes; preatrium large, with paired processes directed latero-ventrally and single process extended dorsally; dorsal apodeme inconspicuous; gonopore apical on ventral surface (Figs 16, 17). Connective large, Y-shaped with feeble sclerotized margin; central lobe distinct (Fig. 18).</p><p>Specimen examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Congjiang, Mt. Moon, 20-VII-2006, coll. Yi Tang.</p><p>Measurement. Male length 3.6 mm (including wing).</p><p>Remarks. This species is close to S. longiprocessa Zhang, Yang &amp; Huang (2009), but differs in having the style apex exceedingly long, the subapical tooth short and the preapical lobe small (Fig. 15); the aedeagal shaft with apical processes short, extended dorsally (Figs 16, 17); and the connective large (Fig. 18).</p><p>Etymology. External morphology resembles S. congjianga sp. nov., but pronotum with two symmetrical lighter impressions and anterior margin yellow (Fig. 19).</p><p>Male abdominal apodemes not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 21).</p><p>Male genitalia: Genitalia somewhat similar to those of S. congjianga sp. nov. Pygofer lobe with 3 macrosetae near dorso-caudal margin; dorsal appendage slim, not bifurcate. Subgenital plate robust, with 7 macrosetae in oblique row some distance from base and row of short rigid setae along upper margin; its apex broad and quadrate (Fig. 22). Style apex extremely long, preapical lobe small (Fig. 23). Aedeagus simple, with pair of short apical processes; preatrium small, expanded roundly in ventral view; dorsal apodeme large; gonopore apical, on ventral surface (Figs 24, 25). Connective large, Y-shaped with feebly sclerotized margin; central lobe well developed (Fig. 25).</p><p>Specimen examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Mt. Fanjing, 2-VIII-2001, coll. This species is very similar to S. congjianga sp. nov., but can be distinguished by the aedeagus without basal atrial processes (Figs 24, 25) and the dorsal pygofer appendage not branched apically (Fig. 22). Face yellowish; postclypeus and basal part of anteclypeus brown (Fig. 27). Male abdominal apodemes not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 28).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer with two dorsal macrosetae. Anal tube with pair of bifurcate basal processes. Subgenital plate long, with 3 macrosetae in oblique row extended posteromesad from margin and many rigid setae forming continuous row along upper margin (Fig. 29). Style apex expanded and truncate, preapical lobe well developed (Fig. 30). Aedeagal shaft with single long and pair of bifurcate apical processes, two small short tooth-like processes arising from base of shaft dorso-laterally; preatrium small and dorsal apodeme long and slender; gonopore apical (Figs 31, 32). Connective Y-shaped, with central lobe large and two lateral arms small and sclerotized (Fig. 33).</p><p>Specimen examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Guangxi Prov., Guilin, 30-VII-2007, coll. Zehong Meng. Paratype: 1♀, same data as holotype.</p><p>Measurement. Male length 3.6 mm (including wing).</p><p>Remarks. This species is similar to S. kerzhneri Dworakowska (2006) but differs in having the aedeagus with one long thornlike, and a pair of bifurcate, apical processes; the aedeagal shaft C-shaped, curved distinctly, with a pair of toothlike processes at the base (Figs 31, 32); and the connective central lobe large and much longer than the lateral arms (Fig. 33).</p><p>Etymology. Crown, pronotum and scutellum brownish yellow (Fig. 34). Vertex with large central black patch; pronotum with irregular black patch madially; scutellum with basal triangles enlarged, brownish black and with triangular black spot between basal triangles (Fig. 34). Face orange yellow, with lorum blackish brown. Fore wing beige.</p><p>Male abdominal apodemes slightly exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 35).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer with dorsal appendage large, branched near base (Fig. 36). Subgenital plate expanded subbasally, with 3 macrosetae in oblique row on outer lateral surface and row of short rigid setae along upper margin (Fig. 37). Style apex little expanded, preapical lobe obvious (Fig. 38). Aedeagus simple, with dorsal apodeme expanded in lateral view and preatrium short; gonopore at apex (Figs 39, 40). This species resembles S. parvula Sohi &amp; Mann (1994), but differs in having a bifurcate dorsal pygofer appendage (Fig. 36); the aedeagal shaft tubular, slim and sinuate in lateral view (Fig. 39); and the connective with the central lobe large (Fig. 41).</p><p>Etymology. Scutellum brownish black (Fig. 42). Face fulvous, with anteclypeus, postclypeus and lorum blackish brown. Fore wing light brown. Male abdominal apodemes small, not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 43).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer with dorsal appendage basal half dark, pale and acute apically; ventral appendage elongate, extended dorso-caudally and tapering. Subgenital plate with 4 macrosetae in oblique row and row of short rigid setae along upper margin, about basal 1/3, with lobelike process arising from dorsolateral margin near base (Fig. 44). Style with apex thin and truncate, very slim at base (Fig. 45). Aedeagal shaft with pair of apical and basal processes; gonopore apical on ventral surface; preatrium broad and dorsal apodeme small (Figs 46, 47). Male abdominal apodemes small, not exceeding 3rd sternite (Fig. 51).</p><p>Male genitalia: Pygofer with dorsal appendage sharply curved ventrally, broad basally and tapered to apex; ventral appendage elongate, extended beyond pygofer apex (Fig. 52). Subgenital plate with 4 macrosetae in oblique row some distance from base and row of short stout setae along upper margin (Fig. 53). Style apex with minute furrows, preapical lobe large (Fig. 54). Aedeagus with 3 apical processes, upper one directed dorsad, lower two extended laterally to shaft, unequal in length; gonopore apical on ventral surface; dorsal apodeme and preatrium short (Figs 55, 56).
