03AD0F3CD809FF8EFF376232ED07E407.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Males are similar to Stemmops carius Marques & Buckup, 1996 (see Marques & Buckup 1996, figs. 1, 2) by the shape of embolus and by the theridiid tegular apophysis hook-like apex (vide Marques & Buckup, 1996, figs 1 – 2), but differ from this species by the embolus short, and trajectory of the embolus that loops far from the tegulum edge, and conductor smaller (Fig. 1) than the S. carius. Females resemble Stemmops carius (vide Marques & Buckup, 1996, figs. 7 – 8) by the presence of oval spermathecae, ventral epigynum with a narrow and elongated longitudinal median depression and coiled fertilization ducts, but differ by the spermathecae less separated from each other, in ventral view (Figs. 2, 3).	en	Santanna, Manoela, Rodrigues, Everton Nei Lopes (2018): Five new species and new records of the spider genus Stemmops (Araneae, Theridiidae, Spintharinae) from Brazil.
