Three gatherings, C. T. Yang 20394, C. T. Yang 21484 and C. T. Yang 20578, were designated as type in the original protologue (Cheng et al. 1963). Here we designate one of the sheets of C. T. Yang 20578 as the holotype. The validating description and diagnosis were previously published by Cheng & Chu in Cheng et al. (1963: 13). Hwa 435, were designated as type in the protologue (Cheng 1958). Here we designate one of the two sheets of the latter as the holotype. The validating description and diagnosis were previously published by Cheng (1958: 72 – 74). Fu et al.
