241D87A06135FFC1FF418CBFFA46F985.taxon	description	Khokhriakov (1965: 79), nom. inval. (Art. 33.4 ICBN). The name of Eremurus chloranthus was incorrectly assessed as invalidly published by Czerepanov (1995). Albeit Popov & Androsov (1936, 1937) provided no Latin description or diagnosis, the name was validly published later by Botschantzev (1959) who translated the original Russian diagnosis into Latin and provided a full and direct reference to the single gathering cited in Vvedensky (1941), although that gathering had not been termed type (Art. 37.3 ICBN, second clause). The conditions of valid publication were therefore obtained in 1959, and the name is still to be attributed to Popov (Art. 46.2 ICBN) because the name was ascribed to him and the validating diagnosis (the language notwithstanding) also explicitly belonged to him. By contrast, the combination Henningia chlorantha was not validly published by Khokhriakov (1965) who failed to provide a reference to the actual place of valid publication but referred to Popov & Androsov (1937) instead.	en	Sennikov, Alexander N.
