S. Canbulat (Fig. 1).</p><p>Male: Body length: 12–13 mm, forewing length: 20–21 mm, hindwing length: 18–19 mm. General body color black. Head. Broad with entirely shiny black, vertex moderately raised, frons with 3 black ocelli. Clypeus and labrum brown, maxillary and labial palpi dark brown. Edge of eye black. Antenna dark brown to blackish-brown, densely covered with short dark hairs, scape yellow to pale brown proximally and brown distally, pedicel dark brown, flagellum reaches almost to pterostigma of forewing.</p><p>Thorax. Dorsal and lateral parts of pro-, meso- and metanotum blackish-brown. Lateral margins of meso- and metathorax black. Forewing broad, subacute at apex, posterodistal margin sometimes slightly falcate. Veins pale proximally and dark distally, densely covered with long brown hairs.</p><p>Wings (Fig. 2). Forewing whitish-hyaline, thickly covered with about 25–30 large, more or less rounded and intensive spots. These spots dense especially in costal, subcostal, pterostigmal and anal area as well as besides cubital and gradate veins. Sc and R whitish-yellow. 11 branches in Rs. Longitudinal and most of cross-veins in basal half of wings whitish-yellow, in distal half of wing brown. Pterostigma yellow with dark patches. Costal area partly divided by short cross-veins. Hindwing broad, subacute at apex, posterodistal magrin sometimes slightly falcate. Veins in basal area pale, in distal area brown covered with long brown hairs. Hindwing whitish-hyaline, thickly covered with about 16–18 large, more or less rounded and intensive spots. These spots dense especially in costal, pterostigmal, anal and cubital area as well as besides origin of R and at middle area of wing. Sc and R whitish-yellow. 12 branches in Rs. Longitudinal and most cross-veins in basal half of wing whitish yellow, in distal half of wing brown. Pterostigma yellow with dark patches.</p><p>Legs. Coxae black, densely covered with pale yellow and pale brown hairs; femora yellowish-pale brown; tibiae approximately as long as femora in fore and midlegs but hind tibia longer than femur, spurs short and reddish-brown; tarsi significantly shorter than tibiae, tarsal segments 1–4 yellowish-pale brown with apices of segments brown; tarsal segment 5 dark brown; claws reddish-brown, strongly curved with row of small teeth ventrally.</p><p>Abdomen. Male abdomen dark brown to blackish-brown, densely covered with brownish hairs. Terminalia as in (Figs. 3a, b): tergite IX constricted adjacent to callus cerci, with slightly rounded to almost straight dorsal margin in lateral view; ectoproct with rounded posteroventral margin in lateral view. Genitalia: gonarcus with two pairs of prominences posteriorly, upper lobes shaped finger-like, lower lobes with acute apex. Parameres and hypandrium internum as in Fig. 3 d and 3e.</p><p>Female: Coloration and general morphology, except terminalia, almost as in male. Body length: 11–12 mm, forewing length: 19–22 mm, hindwing length: 16–18 mm. Terminalia (Fig. 3 c): posteroventral surface of sternite VII with processus in lateral view, which sharply extended onto sternite VIII; tergite VIII broad, anteroventral angle articulating in lateral view; sternite VIII small, pentagonal-shaped in lateral view, tergite IX narrow, constricted adjacent callus cerci, ventrally tapered and articulated with gonapophysis lateralis, anteroventral margin with processus in lateral view; ectoproct triangular-shaped, tapered posteroventrally in lateral view; gonapophysis lateralis extended medially, tapered anteriorly in lateral view; spermatheca (Fig. 3 f) oval.</p></div>	https://treatment.plazi.org/id/2D21F67C864BFF9D2E934EC8F021FE57	Public Domain	No known copyright restrictions apply.
