Crown (Fig. 1), in dorsal view, with triangular form; with carina and elevation at transition to face; coronal suture distinct; ocelli located behind imaginary line between anterior eye angles, each approximately equidistant between median line of crown and adjacent anterior eye angle; with median fovea, without sculpturing or setae. Antennal ledges, in dorsal view, slightly protuberant; in lateral view, carinate dorsally. Frons convex; muscle impressions distinct; epistomal suture obscure medially; clypeus not produced, its contour continuing profile of frons. Thorax (Figs. 1 – 2) with width of pronotum less than transocular width of head; lateral pronotal margins parallel; posterior margin emarginate; dorsopleural carinae complete; pronotal disc with rugae, without pubescence; mesonotum with scutellum not transversely striate. Forewings (Figs. 1 – 2) with coriaceous texture; membrane restricted to apical cells, apical portions of anteapical cells and extending anteriorly along costal margin. Hind legs with femoral setal formula 2: 0: 0; length of first tarsomere greater than combined length of two more distal tarsomeres. Color. Ground color of anterior dorsum (Fig. 1) mostly dark green; crown with irregular yellow maculae bordering anterior margin from apex to antennal ledges and also extending along inner eye margins; pronotum with small irregular yellow marks anteriorly; mesonotum with yellow apex.
