Length / width of flagellomere 4 of antenna 2.0 – 2.35. Segment 1 of maxillary palp with 1 or 2 setae (Fig. 2 A). Thorax: Anterior pronotum with 2 – 4 setae, episternum 1 with 4 – 6 setae. Wing: Wing length 1.6 – 1.7 mm, width / length 0.40 – 0.45. c / w 0.65 – 0.85, R 1 / R 0.60 – 1.0. Legs: Apex of front tibia, Fig. 2 D; apex of hind tibia, Fig. 2 C. Length of front basitarsomere / length of front tibia 0.55 – 0.60. Abdomen: Sternite 8 with 7 – 10 setae. Hypopygium: Fig. 3. Sternite 10 with seta on each half.
