On the other hand, the species has not also been few localities (see Fig. 4). In our opinion, O. aurosparsus should be included in The Red Lists of Chernihiv Region of Ukraine and The Red Lists of Ukraine as a rare species on the border of its range.

Biology. Parthenogenetic, nocturnal, mesophylic species inhabiting deciduous forests, bushlands, and woodand-steppes (Yunakov, 2003 b; Poiras, 2006; Yunakov et al., 2018 a). Polyphagous, dedrobiotic, phillophagous species feeding on Carpinus betulus and other arboreal and shrubby vegetation (Yunakov, 2003 b). We have found this species feeding on Urtica dioica in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic of Russia. From the Caucasus O. aurosparsus has been reported as a pest damaging buds and leaves of Cydonia oblonga, Malus pumila, Pyrus communis, Prunus cerasus, P. avium, P. padus, P. armeniaca, Ribes nigrum, R. uva-crispa, Rubus idaeus, and Vitis sp.
