Color pattern of anterior dorsum and face as in Figs. 1–4. Body brown. Crown with four circular markings. Eyes black, ocelli yellow. Pronotum anterior yellowish-brown with some black and yellow markings, posterior brown. Scutellum brown, with some yellow markings. Face pale yellow with brown transverse markings; anteclypeus and lorum yellow. Forewing yellowish-brown, with many dark spots.

Head in dorsal view slightly narrower than pronotum. Eyes large, ocelli on anterior margin. Face flattened. Anteclypeus broadening apically. Pronotum anterior margin strongly and roundly produced, posterior margin straight. Scutellum triangular, longer than median length of pronotum, with transverse suture. Forewing with four apical cells and three subapical cells, appendix small. Hind femur broadened distally and slightly bowed, apical setal formula 2+2+1.

Male genitalia. Pygofer side narrow towards posterior margin with stout setae; posterior with a long line process, curved ventrally (Fig. 5). Valve triangular (Fig. 6). Subgenital plate broad basally, tapered over distal, with eight long setae and some macrosetae along lateral margin (Fig. 7). Aedeagal shaft thin with two pairs of small processes in ventral view and with a abdominal process lateral view; gonopore apical (Figs. 8, 9). Connective Yshaped, stem slightly thinner than arms (Fig. 10). Style broad at base, abruptly narrowing subapically with some macrosetae (Fig. 11).

Measurement.
