Body robust, yellowish brown (Fig.1). Vertex with paired irregular dark brown bands. Face with irregular dark brown lateral transverse streaks (Fig. 4). Forewing yellowish brown, with scattered hyaline areas (Figs. 1, 2). Legs dark, with brownish bands.

External features as in generic description.

Male genitalia. Male pygofer side broadly rounded in lateral aspect, with many long posteroventral setae (Fig. 5). Valve strip-shaped, posterior margin concave, resulting in projection on both sides (Fig. 6). Subgenital plate with wide base, narrowed posteriorly, with 8 setae along lateral margin, and mesal margin obviously deeply emarginate near apex (Fig. 6). Aedeagal shaft short and robust, with pair of furcate processes arising from ventral margin near base, the short branches of processes with apex acute, the long branches of processes approximately subtriangular, thin, and its outer margin with fine teeth; gonopore apical (Figs. 7 – 9). Connective with arms nearly 1/3 length of stem (Figs. 7 – 9). Style relatively narrow, apical process acute, turned laterally (Fig. 10).

Measurement. Length (including tegmen): ♂, 5.9 mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, China: Tibet Autonomous Region, Linzhi City, Bomi County, Tongmai Town, 9 August 2020, coll. The new species is similar to L. furcatus Fang & Xing, 2018, but can be distinguished from the latter by the long branches of the aedeagal processes approximately subtriangular, thin, and its outer margin with fine teeth; valve strip-shaped and posterior margin concave.

Etymology. The species name is derived from the Latin word “ concavus ”, indicating the valve with posterior margin concave.

https://treatment.plazi.org/id/C33D1176FFFDFFD8FF60F98ED97CF882	Public Domain	No known copyright restrictions apply. Pygofer side elongate, base wide, apex narrow, with numerous macrosetae on posterior area (Fig. 15). Subgenital plate with 8 setae along lateral margin (Fig. 16). Aedeagus without process, short and stout with base broad in lateral view, gradually tapered to apex in lateral view; gonopore apical (Figs.17–19). Connective stem apex expanded, subquadrate; with anterior arms nearly 1/3 length of stem (Figs. 17–19).

Female seventh sternite approximately as long as broad at base, caudal margin medially produced (Fig. 22). Female pygofer with ventroposterior margin slightly incurved. (Fig. 21). First valvulae with obscure reticulate sculpture dorsally and scale-like sculpture ventrally (Figs. 23, 24). Second valvulae with some distal teeth occupying about half of the total length (Figs. 25, 26).

Measurement. Length (including tegmen): ♂, 5.6 mm; ♀, 5.7–6.0 mm.

Material examined.
