Occurrence of Cryptosporidium spp ., G. duodenalis and E. bieneusi</p><p>Among the 109 specimens analyzed, 6 (5.5%) were positive for Cryptosporidium spp . by PCR analysis of the SSU rRNA gene and 16 (14.7%) were positive for E. bieneusi by PCR analysis of the ITS (Table 1).
