DC296653CE3E540655EAEB13FC7E9D15.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Traugott-Olsen & Schmidt Nielsen (1977) give a detailed description of this species. It is a rather small species as compared to other species treated in the present paper. It is darkest of all the species with brownish grey forewing ground colour from where the median fascia and another fascia consisting of the medially joint costal and tornal spots are clearly visible (Figs. 1, 2). Externally, E. bedellella varies a lot in size, and to some extent in the darkness of the ground colour. This variation is largely attributed to the presence of two generations per year, the first generation usually somewhat larger and paler than the second. The male genitalia of E. bedellella are characterised by the rather broad phallus with one rounded cornutus with very short blunt tooth (Figs. 58 A, B). The juxta lobes are ’ average’ in length and width among the species of the E. bedellella complex, strongly curved (Fig. 19). The female genitalia are characterised by the barrelshaped, expanded caudal part of ductus bursae similar to that of E. lugdunensis (Fig. 60). The female genitalia of these species differ by the shorter ductus bursae of E. bedellella, being as long as the corpus bursae, while that of E. lugdunensis is twice longer than corpus bursae (Fig. 61). E. lugdunensis has a small, rounded and spinose signum; in E. bedellella the signum is lacking.	en	Kaila, Lauri (2007): A taxonomic revision of the Elachista bedellella (Sircom) complex (Lepidoptera: Elachistidae: Elachistinae). DC296653CE39540555EAEFE6FBB09D3D.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. A pale species with indistinct ochreous or brownish irroration on the forewing (Figs. 3 – 6). This species is distinct from E. bedellella not only by the difference in appearance but also in characteristics in both male and female genitalia. In the male genitalia these species differ by the very broad barrel-shaped phallus of E. lugdunensis that contains a cornutus consisting of small sclerotised plate with a long stout and straight tooth (Figs. 58 C, D). The juxta lobes of E. lugdunensis are long and narrow (best seen in lateral view) (Fig. 20). DC296653CE3A540555EAEFBEFD5C99EB.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis of male. Elachista titanella is a large species, with forewing length 5 – 6 mm. Its wing pattern is variable, from almost unicolorous pale ochreous to brownish grey (Figs. 7, 8). In darker specimens the pale fascia and blurred tornal and costal spots are discernible as broad; the costal spot is situated beyond the tornal spot (Fig. 7). As such it is externally similar to E. versicolora sp. n. These species differ from each other by the larger cornutus and the considerably broader juxta lobes of E. versicolora (best observable in lateral view). The dorsally directed sac of the juxta is characteristically sharp distally in E. titanella. Elachista titanella differs from E. lugdunensis by the following traits in the male genitalia: the phallus of E. titanella is narrower and the cornutus is smaller and its tooth is shorter and blunt distally as compared to E. lugdunensis; the posterior sac of median plate of juxta is pointed distally in E. titanella, blunt in E. lugdunensis; the juxta lobes are longer and narrower in E. lugdunensis than in E. titanella. The male genitalia of E. titanella are perhaps closest to the externally distinctive E. bedellella with the equally long and stout juxta lobes. The cornutus of E. bedellella is larger, but the tooth in it is smaller than in E. titanella. Female. Unknown.	en	Kaila, Lauri (2007): A taxonomic revision of the Elachista bedellella (Sircom) complex (Lepidoptera: Elachistidae: Elachistinae). Zootaxa 1629: 1-25, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.179345

DC296653CE34540A55EAEE36FD779D3D.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Elachista slivenica is unicolorous pale yellow species (Figs. 11, 12). Its male genitalia are characterised by the large rounded cornutus with small tooth (Figs. 59 A, B); the shape of the cornutus is similar to that of E. bedellella but it is larger. The juxta lobes are long and narrow, as in E. lugdunensis. The male genitalia of these species are distinguished by the shape of the cornutus. The female genitalia (Fig. 62) are characterised by the very long ductus bursae lacking the barrel-shaped dilation in the posterior part, and by the lack of signum.	en	Kaila, Lauri (2007): A taxonomic revision of the Elachista bedellella (Sircom) complex (Lepidoptera: Elachistidae: Elachistinae). DC296653CE35540A55EAEFBEFCC298CB.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Elachista dorinda is a white species with characteristic ochreous markings as in Figs. 13, 14. The male genitalia are characterised by the juxta lobes that are almost as short as in E. antonia (Figs. 48, 49). Unlike E. antonia, the phallus of E. dorinda contains a large cornutus which most resembles that of E. slivenica. The cornuti of these species differ by their shape: the cornutus of E. slivenica is rounded with a very small tooth, that of E. dorinda is triangular with a larger tooth (cf. Figs. 59 A – D). The juxta lobes of E. slivenica are much longer and slenderer than in E. dorinda.	en	Kaila, Lauri (2007): A taxonomic revision of the Elachista bedellella (Sircom) complex (Lepidoptera: Elachistidae: Elachistinae).
