Gao, comb. nov.</p><p>Basionym:— Lactuca humifusa Dunn (1903: 512) .</p><p>Homotypic synonyms:— Ixeris humifusa (Dunn) Stebbins (1937: 50) ≡ Paraixeris humifusa (Dunn) C. Shih (1993: 547) ≡ Crepidiastrum humifusum (Dunn) Sennikov (1997: 115) .</p><p>Type:— CHINA. Hubei: Badong, A. Henry 4761 (K) .</p><p>Notes: —Herbs 15–40 cm tall, perennial, with long creeping stolons covering ground. Flowering and fruiting time is usually from June to September. This species is endemic in China, and is an unusual species in Youngia growing in warm and humid habitats.</p><p>Ecology: —Deciduous broad-leaved forests; elevations of 1390–1828 m.</p><p>Distribution: — CHINA. Hubei: Shenglongjia, Dayanwu; Hunan: Shangzhi, Badagongshan; Shanxi: Pingli, Qianjiaping, Fengjialiang.</p><p>Specimens examined: — CHINA.
