Redescription. Adult (Fig. 2). Length of forewing 8–9 mm in male. Head and thorax yellowish. Ground color of forewing golden yellowish, costal margin slightly convex medially, with a diffuse dark discal spot, a diffuse dark patch on costal margin, and diffuse dark claviform spots present or absent; cilia yellowish. Hindwing pure yellowish; cilia pale yellowish. Abdomen pale yellowish.

Male genitalia (Fig. 5). Uncus slender, hook-shaped, with small spine at top, almost same length with tegumen; cucullus shark dorsal fin-shaped, apex angled; distal saccular process stout, asymmetric, right one with two symmetric divaricates processes, and left one with three (two apically, another one basally) short, asymmetric divaricates processes; basal saccular process stout, finger-shaped, bears stout setea whole of length, with an apical spine, left one twice longer than right; juxta semicircular; aedeagus short, stout, a long process originated from the middle part of aedeagus; vesica without cornuti.
