Priscibrumus himalayensis Kapur, 1958: 333 .— Poorani, 2002: 313; Kovář, 2007: 595.
Diagnosis. Length: 3.00– 3.20 mm; width: 2.30–2.50 mm. Form short oval, convex. Head, pronotum and scutellar shield black, elytra reddish-testaceous, each elytron with an elongate, moderately wide, black dorsolateral band, a little longer than half of elytral length; suture with a black band starting a little below scutellar shield, apically and basally broadened and shaped like a wine glass (Fig. 62b); elytral epipleura reddish testaceous except black or piceous near apex. Occasionally the discal and the sutural bands meet at their basal ends.
