Cicadulina chinai, Ghauri, 1964: 205 .
Coloration and morphology. General colour yellow (Fig. 7A). Thorax and abdomen with smoky markings. Vertex yellow, with two black spots reaching ocelli anteriorly (Fig. 7A–B). Eyes light brown. Pronotum yellow, with two dark narrow stripes just behind eyes (Fig. 7A). Scutellum yellow. Legs yellow with fuscous claws. Forewings hyaline with brownish shade, veins brownish (Fig. 7A, C). Head broader than pronotum. Crown median length shorter than breadth between eyes (Fig. 7A).
Male. Pygofer lobe more in length than width; with thick, sinuate process at posterior margin, bifurcated at apex; subapically with few macrosetae (Fig. 8F–G). Aedeagus broad, rounded apically in lateral view, with two lateral spines (Fig. 8L–M).
