Description

Female, length of the body 2.6–3.4 mm.

Colour. Body black with following yellowish-brown: scape, pedicel, tegulae, fore leg except for coxa, mid coxa at the apex, mid leg, hind femur at base and apex, hind tibia dorsally, hind tarsi.

Head. Triangular, slightly wider than high. Scrobe shallow with striations touching anterior ocellus. Antennae long and slender. Antennal clava with oblique segmentation. POL 3× OOL.

Mesosoma . Pronotum, mesoscutum and scutellum with scattered punctures, interstices wider than puncture diameter. Interstices smooth and shiny. Scutellum without emargination at the apex. Fore wing without post-marginal vein and marginal vein not touching wing margin.

Metasoma. Metasoma slightly shorter than mesosoma. T1 with fine punctures dorsally.

Distribution

INDIA. Delhi, Goa, Karnataka Kerala Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal (Emiliyamma 2016; Gowriprakash et al. 2018).
