Description

Female, length of the body 4 mm.

Colour. Body largely black with following yellowish-brown: pedicel, F1, fore and mid-leg tarsi, mid-leg femur at base, hind femur at apex and base, hind tarsi and hind tibia at base.

Head. Triangular, slightly wider than high. Scrobe reaching anterior ocellus and with striations. Antennae long and slender. Genotemporal furrow present. Post-orbital carina indistinct. POL 3× OOL.

Mesosoma . Pronotum, mesoscutum and scutellum densely punctate, interstices narrow and carinate. Scutellum at apex slightly emarginate and without lobes. Post-marginal vein longer than the marginal vein. Hind femur 2× longer than its width.

Metasoma. T1 0.5× as long as metasoma. T1 smooth and shiny with a pair of prominent basal carinae.

Distribution

INDIA. Goa (new record), Karnataka (Emiliyamma 2016).
