Stegana (Steganina) toyaensis Okada & Sidorenko, 1992: 417 .
Diagnosis. Mesonotum black medially, brown laterally (Fig. 2A); aedeagus convex apicomedially (Fig. 4C, D).
Description. Male: Frons black. First flagellomere orange on basal 2/3, black on distal 1/3. Clypeus and palpus yellow. Katepisternum entirely white. Scutellum black (Fig. 2A). Femur of foreleg with 4 long erect setae near distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites nearly black (Fig. 2A). Male terminalia (Fig. 4 A–G): Epandrium slightly protruded ventrally, with ca. 30 setae on posterior portion per side. Surstylus slender, with several setulae distally. Cercus lacking pubescence. Paramere with 1 setula. Tenth sternite broadened, with 1 pair of processes submedially. Female terminalia (Fig. 4 H–J): Epiproct and cercus with setae, lacking pubescence. Hypoproct entirely pubescent, with dense setae along posterior margin. Eighth sternite glabrous on basal 3/4 region, with pubescence and a few of setae on distal 1/4 region.
