Distribution in India: The precise locality of this species within India remains uncertain based on available literature. Hansen (1999a) tentatively mentioned its presence in Bengal, followed by subsequent reports by Fikáček et al. (2015c) and Jia & Zhang (2017).

Global distribution: China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
