Diagnosis: A very large Candona ? species with the following peculiarities: the ventral margin is more strongly curved in the mouth region, and comes out again further towards the posterior. Dorsal margin in lateral view a curve with corners [angles]. The central straight part of the dorsal margin of about a third of the carapace length falls away slightly to the posterior. Carapace in dorsal view slimly biconvex. Maximum width more or less in the centre.
Holotype: Carapace, SMF Xe 4225.
Paratypes: 1 carapace SMF Xe 4226, 4 carapaces under SMF Xe 4452 .
Dimensions: Holotype, length 1.98mm, height 1.09mm.
