Type locality: Spasskoe, Orenburg Province (Russia).

Paralectotypes: 8 ♂, the same label as in the lectotype.
Current status. Panurginus labiatus (Eversmann, 1852) .
Distribution. Central and Eastern Europe, Russia (east to Irkutsk Province), Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan (Proshchalykin et al. 2017).
